La Bionda Return & Refund Policy

We offer full refunds on returned products that are unopened and in sellable condition within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be shipped to our office at 100 Kirk Road, Wilmington Delaware, 19807. Customers are responsible for covering the cost of postage. 

Please contact us via email at hello@labiondabrand.com before sending back any returns to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. 

Damages & Discrepancies

Any damages or discrepancies must be reported to La Bionda within one week of receiving your order. Please include photos of the parcel, shipping label, and the product you received with your claim. We do not accept returns on orders shipped internationally.
